We are currently seeking a Team Lead Microsoft SharePoint On-Prem and Online Engineer (with German) to join our team in Remote, București (RO-B), Romania (RO).

Supports and manages SharePoint environments (on-premises and online), ensuring collaboration and document management solutions are robust and secure.

• Administer SharePoint sites and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues
• Migrate content between on-premises and online
• Develop and maintain site templates and workflows.

• Expertise in SharePoint administration
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Degree in IT/Computing
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate
• 7+ years in SharePoint administration
• Administration of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online
• Site collections, permissions, and content migration
• PowerShell scripting
• Workflow automation; Integration with OneDrive and Teams.
