What you'll be doing:

Leading an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on various residential and contracting works in and around Sheffield whilst liaising with the managerial team to ensure works run smoothly and within budget.

• You'll be using your commercial experience to manage your own accounts to increase profitability of the contracts.
• Ensure that all documentation such as compliance, completion etc is completed and stored per the process.
• Prepare monthly CVR reports.

• Relevant qualifications in the field
