Job summary
A renowned publishing company in South London is seeking an experienced Paper Buyer with over 5 years dedicated experience in the paper industry. The successful candidate will manage the efficient purchase of paper stocks and maintain quality across production processes. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. The role involves some travel within the UK and requires excellent communication skills with all management levels.

- Background in the paper industry and managerial experience required.
Responsibilities
- Organise efficient and timely purchase of paper stocks.
- Ensure availability of sufficient paper stocks for production.
- Manage paper-related technical claims and processing of credits.
- Liaise with paper suppliers regarding product developments.
- Assist the Production Director with price negotiations.
- Line-manage the Paper Controller position.
