Head of Technical Delivery Lead Data Operations and Reporting

The Data & Tech Organization (DTO) is a client-specific hub providing expertise in data, technology, and analytics solutions for regional and global clients.

• This role manages the technical delivery of end-to-end pipelines, dashboards, and reporting.

Data Operations and Reporting is a critical, foundational capability in marketing, highly valued by clients and internal teams. The team's work is crucial for maintaining client relationships and demonstrating the value of Omni and Annalect services.

The Data Partner ensures the delivery of timely, accurate campaign data using modern technology and efficient processes, working with various internal teams to achieve this goal. We seek an energetic leader with deep expertise in designing business intelligence solutions to lead solutioning, delivery, and growth on a major global account, managing solutions across multiple brands and markets.

• Lead delivery of global data operations and reporting solutions, including scope definition, solutioning, and implementation, utilizing proprietary and third-party software and cloud development.
• Build and manage a high-quality team, setting standards and improving outputs.
• Design data pipelines, operations, reporting, and data infrastructure solutions.
• Promote data quality and use for better decision-making.

• Manage workload and team structure across regions.

• Approximately 15 years in data operations, business intelligence, or related fields, with experience in digital campaign data.
• Experience leading large teams, managing culture, recruitment, and development.
• Strong commercial acumen with proposal writing experience.
• Expertise in data sources and process design.
• Excellent communication across distributed teams.
• Account management experience and ability to build relationships.
• Comfort with technology and cloud solutions, though coding is not required.
• Proven ability to define and deliver a vision and create clarity in ambiguity.
