• Conducting data analysis to discover waste and inefficiencies and work with relevant stakeholders to drive efficiency improvements
• Create standard reports and analysis to monitor delivery performance and quality
• Work with the business and ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives to understand root causes of inefficiencies
• Support business stakeholders in analysis and deep dives to eliminate waste
• Identification of operational issues, development of solutions, and promotion of cross‑departmental implementation

Job Requirement
