A leading medical device distributor in the UK is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and develop hospital accounts across the South West. Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in the healthcare sector and a solid understanding of the surgical device market. This role offers a competitive salary, a bonus, and a company car, making it a great opportunity for driven sales professionals.

£45,000 basic salary

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Solid understanding of the surgical device market or experience selling to operating theatres.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Drive to exceed targets and discipline to manage a field-based role.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing existing hospital accounts across your territory.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Organising and supporting in-theatre trials and product evaluations.
  • Building strong relationships with clinical and procurement teams.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
  • Staying up to date with product innovations and competitor activity.
