This is a great opportunity for an optimistic building surveyor to join a highly reputable, tightly knit company that offers extensive training and progression up to Director level.
The company specialises in commercial projects such as health and education, delivering a quality service to their clientele and expanding their offering. The business is now recruiting a Building Surveyor to join a highly motivated team.
In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications.
The ideal candidate will hold a Building Surveying degree, have experience within the industry, be eager to develop and progress, and hold a full UK driving licence with their own vehicle.
