Land & Measured Building Surveyor

Location: Coventry

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Type: Full-time (permanent)

We are seeking a Land & Measured Building Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience to join our growing team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out topographical surveys and measured building surveys
  • Producing accurate survey drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
  • Working with survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
  • Processing survey data and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and project teams as required
  • Undertaking site work across The Midlands and the surrounding areas
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in land and measured building surveying
  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies and best practice
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent)
  • Experience using modern survey equipment and software
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
Desirable
  • Experience with 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing
  • Familiarity with BIM environments
  • Relevant surveying qualifications (or working towards)
