A specialist manufacturer of products to a range of industries including Subsea, Automotive and Agriculture has successfully completed a number of internal improvement projects to make processes throughout the factory more efficient. As a result they have won more contracts and now need an additional Project Engineer to join their team.

Working within a busy but relaxed manufacturing environment, your role will involve liaising with departments across the business, ensuring projects are managed from quotation to delivery.

***£35,000-£38,000, Monday to Friday days***

As a Project Engineer your duties will include –

• Working with manufacturing processing data on CAD/CAM systems
• Liasing with Toolmakers and assisting with trials.
• Helping the sales function with generation of quotations.
• Supporting quality to ensure both the products and processes meet strict criteria.
• Generation and maintenance of documentation.

To be successful in the role of Project Engineer, the ideal candidate will –

• Have experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Hold a good understanding of machining, with experience of CAD/CAM systems.
• Possess good project management skills, time management and be able to comfortably deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have exposure to generating quotations/estimate
• Have exprience of NPI.
