The Electrical Shift Engineer – Continental Shift Hours.
A rewarding shift pattern that gives you 2 weekends off a month, Continental rotating 12‑hour shift days and nights (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00). 4 days on, 6 off, 4 nights on, 4 days off, 3 days on 3 nights on, 4 days off, etc. If you factor in holiday to your rota you can truly achieve the ultimate work‑life balance.
We have calculated that just by covering the holidays of your opposite‑shift colleague you can guarantee a minimum of £8,500 in overtime for starters, with even more possible.
There is a large engineering and facilities team on site and you would be a key part of the shift team, providing support to the technical service team covering the plant for the landlord services.
