Qualifications

• Manage the full BMS design lifecycle from concept through to handover.
• Lead coordination across MEP, ICT, digital engineering, and controls specialists.
• Oversee compliance with design standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Support commissioning and validation planning.
• Review and manage technical submittals and control strategies.

Skills

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems

Experience managing BMS design on large-scale buildings

Familiarity with UK standards (CIBSE, EN15232)

Eligibility for UK security clearance
