A leading facilities management company seeks a BMS Engineer in Newcastle upon Tyne to ensure the performance and reliability of BMS systems across client sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with Trend and Tridium controls, and be able to perform high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance. Qualifications

• Experience with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara.
• Ability to modify Trend 963 & IQVision software and schematics.
• Electrically biased with an understanding of IT networks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance and reliability of BMS systems.
• Deliver high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Respond to reactive callouts.

Skills

Experience with Trend Controls

Experience with Tridium/Niagara

Strong proficiency with BMS engineering tools

Good knowledge of HVAC plant and applications

Understanding of IT networks
