A leading UK construction firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the design and installation of services across projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing subcontractors. Ideal applicants will have a degree in a building services subject and experience with main contractors. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Senior M&E Manager position, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

An opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Manager to join the team at Galliford Try.
Ideally, you will be based in or around the Birmingham area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites and projects in this Region.
As Building Services Manager you will manage the production of outsourced design and direct the design and installation of services and associated builders work to meet project targets of time, cost, and quality. You will manage the Mechanical and Electrical Services Consultants and Sub Contractors throughout the design, installation, and testing commissioning of the services installation. The role is for experienced M & E Managers who have the capability to take on greater responsibility. It can also be developmental role towards a Senior M&E Manager position.
