A leading biotech organization is seeking a Technical Operations & IT Project Lead to drive innovation across their UK and European operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, IT, and operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in the biotech industry and a proven background in IT implementation and project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with global experts and influence strategic operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' leadership experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven background in process development, IT implementation, or R&D project delivery.
- Strong understanding of system validation, change control, and technology transfer.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead process and technology development from lab to manufacturing scale.
- Oversee IT systems design, deployment, validation, and compliance activities.
- Manage project plans, resources, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive process improvement, technology transfer, and equipment validation.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and engineering teams.
