This pivotal role bridges engineering, IT, and operations, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of processes, systems, and equipment from R&D through to manufacturing. You'll play a key part in deploying clinical information technologies, leading cross‑functional project teams, and collaborating with senior business leaders, vendors, and service partners to deliver technology solutions that enable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process and technology development from lab to manufacturing scale.
• Oversee IT systems design, deployment, validation, and compliance activities.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive process improvement, technology transfer, and equipment validation.

Experience Required

• PMP or similar project management certification advantageous.
