Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of drug discovery and development process.
• Significant post-graduate experience in an industrial or translational lab setting.
• Previous experience in human cell culture, particularly with human primary immune cells.
• Direct practical knowledge of flow cytometry and/or microscopy/cell-imaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex cell assays to understand drug mechanisms.
• Provide training and scientific support to junior lab members.
• Manage projects and maintain high standards of record-keeping.
• Establish medium/high throughput screening of novel drugs.
• Communicate data effectively to external stakeholders.
