Job summary
A leading provider of control and automation systems is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Your role will involve providing guidance and support on both hardware and software, resolving complex technical challenges, and working with Microsoft Teams and Zoom implementations. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills in German or Spanish, a background in IT, and familiarity with smart camera systems. Working from a specialist part of the global Technical Support team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, implement the best practices and allow customers to make optimal use of products.
- Provide support, guidance and information, both on a hardware and software level
