Responsibilities

• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Status reporting to senior stakeholders.

Skills

Use of Hyper-V with client's standard build processes

Good experience and understanding of Windows Clustering

Good experience in configuring Network Load Balancers

Knowledge of CIS hardening implemented using GPO

Knowledge Active Directory and Certificate Authority

Automate server provisioning and configuration using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform

Monitor server performance and availability using Nagios, SolarWinds, or equivalent
