Qualifications

• Very good communication skills in German or Spanish, as well as good English.
• Bachelor's degree or equal experience in IT with solid programming experience.
• Experience with meeting room solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms is a plus.
• Experience with intelligent video or smart camera systems is a plus.
• Experience in customer facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance and information on hardware and software.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and projects.
• Support complex implementations with Microsoft Teams & Exchange, Zoom and Cloud integrations.
• Commission and support Smart Camera Support systems.
• Detect, define and fix problems.

Skills
