Qualifications

  • Very good communication skills in German or Spanish, as well as good English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equal experience in IT with solid programming experience.
  • Experience with meeting room solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms is a plus.
  • Experience with intelligent video or smart camera systems is a plus.
  • Experience in customer facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Working from a specialist part of the global Technical Support team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, implement the best practices and allow customers to make optimal use of products.
