Based at their head office in Swindon, with regional site travel you'll play a key role in delivering a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include invoicing, managing payment notices, estimating, project oversight, and fostering strong contractual relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring a few years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the groundworks or residential sector, and will be eager to take on more responsibility and grow with a forward-thinking business.

* Quantity Surveyor
* Estimating and controlling project costs
* Budget planning and valuations

The Person:
* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Background in construction, groundworks, or residential projects
* Full UK driving licence
