The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with operational teams to manage costs, contracts, and client relationships. You’ll be given autonomy and the support needed to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
  • Procure and manage subcontractor packages
  • Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
