Job summary

A leading construction delivery partner is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a high-profile £24m distribution centre project in Norwich. You will support the Senior QS and manage commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates should possess a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying and some construction project experience. • Assist with commercial management and reporting across the project lifecycle.

• Assist with forecasting and reporting alongside the QS team.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and capture design changes.
• Support Senior QS in stakeholder meetings and project coordination.
