Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or working towards RICS APC.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and industry software.
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with cost planning, tender documentation and procurement.
  • Supporting post-contract cost management, valuations and variations.
  • Helping with cost analysis, measurement and final accounts.
  • Liaising with clients, design teams and contractors.
  • Contributing to value engineering and risk management.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management

Education
