Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned main contractor delivering a 300-apartment, high-quality residential scheme across two 10+ storey towers in Leeds. The contractor has a strong 5 year pipeline of BTR and Student Accommodation projects, with values up to £100m.

Role Overview

Reporting to a Senior QS on site, duties will include:

• Managing subcontract packages
• Handling variations
• Assisting with cost forecasts
• Supporting valuations and commercial reporting
• General QS duties on a live site

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Residential / BTR / Student Accommodation experience preferred but not essential
• Strong subcontract and commercial knowledge
• JCT D&B
