A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager for HR Change projects in Retail Banking, based in London. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in people strategy. You will work in the office 2 days a week and can earn £600 per day (Inside IR35). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail banking and experience driving cultural and strategic change.

Our Retail Banking client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in HR Change / People Strategy Change projects. Your skills will be around people strategy, talent reviews, reward, and cultural change - you'll have strong leadership experience and you'll also have remained hands-on. You'll have excellent stakeholder skills and be able to keep momentum up on this project.
Key Skills & Experience:
You would be in the office for 2 days per week (London/City)
600/day Inside IR35 - so you will be working via an umbrella company
