Skills

Experience supporting people affected by homelessness or temporary accommodation

Strong casework and assessment skills

Good IT and administrative skills

Ability to manage a caseload and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with experience of multi-agency working

Ability to build rapport with clients who may be reluctant to engage
