• Stepping in to supervise lessons in the teacher's absence while ensuring pupils stay engaged and on task.
• Delivering pre-set lesson materials and maintaining positive behaviour in the classroom.
• Supporting students with their learning and helping resolve any basic questions they may have.
• Logging attendance and reporting any concerns to appropriate school staff.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in managing student behaviour and building rapport with pupils.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic school setting.
• A genuine interest in education and making a difference in the lives of young people.

• Strong, recent references demonstrating relevant experience.
• A fully up-to-date CV showing your full work history.
• Proof of your right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide appropriate references.
