Corporate Tax Compliance - Assistant Manager (Nottingham)

• At least 3 years' experience in corporate tax compliance (Assistant Manager level) or 4+ years for Manager grade.
• ATT/CTA and/or ACA qualified (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and tax accounting, covering areas such as:
• Corporate & deferred tax workings/disclosures (including consolidations)
• Loss relief planning & group relief
• Corporate interest restriction calculations
• Controlled foreign company returns
• Exceptional items (deal fees, right of use assets, assets under construction)
• Accruals/provisions (including pensions)
• Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries.
• Proactive mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to support and develop junior staff.
• Alphatax experience would be a plus.
