A leading charity organization in London is seeking a Retail leader to manage a small caseload supporting clients with mental health needs and physical disabilities. The role involves guiding clients through assessments and job searching in various community settings. Ideal candidates have experience in team leadership and engaging with employers. Full training is provided.
Are you a Retail leader looking for a career change? This is your chance to step into a growing sector with one of the UK’s largest charities that can really develop your career. What’s more, it’s Monday to Friday, 9–5 — no evenings or weekends.
You’ll manage a small caseload of clients in your local borough, supporting people with mental health needs or physical disabilities back into work. From first assessment through to job searching and in-work support, you’ll guide them every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS employment support model.
To apply: You must be able to demonstrate successfully achieving targets recently at a senior level for at least 1 – 2 years.
There are multiple roles (you’ll be based in one borough) including Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.
