As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. What You’ll Do

• As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team
• Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Motivate and train team members to achieve their best
• Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
• Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• You will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant setting
• Love working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
• Are a strong team player and natural leader who motivates others
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Have financial awareness in stock control, budgets and sales targets
• Can problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
