We are partnering with a well-known local brand to expand their Customer Service Team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can build rapport with customers, we want to hear from you.
The role involves full-time shifts between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm on Sundays. Each shift lasts 8 hours, with working days including weekends.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Processing telephone orders
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
