They are now looking for a PMO Lead to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the PMO Lead, you will steer the Project Management Office to deliver exceptional outcomes across client programmes and internal initiatives.

Specifically, you’ll ensure that operations across the PMO are efficient, scalable and aligned with customer expectations. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-impact or complex projects personally, bringing clarity, control and confidence to stakeholders.

Developing and coaching Project Managers, you will create a culture of growth and responsibility across PM operations, acting as a senior escalation point for client programmes and ensuring timely resolutions and support.

• Own budgets, forecasting and revenue recognition
• Drive continuous improvement through reviews, retrospectives and structured feedback
• Strengthen cross-function collaboration across delivery, sales, systems and professional services teams
• Partner with presales to align delivery timelines, estimates and resourcing for new work

• Experience leading a PMO function within a digital agency environment
• A strong track record of delivering complex projects and programmes
• Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and revenue recognition
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative, influential approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
