We are looking for a dedicated SpaCleaner to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park, located in Newbury, West Berkshire.

Our 55‑room hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state‑of‑the‑art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, all designed to provide unforgettable experiences to our guests.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who can work the core hours of 5 pm to 10 pm Tuesday to Saturday. We are happy to consider support and flexibility where we can, for the right person.

You will:
  • ensure that our Spa and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and look immaculate.
  • have an eye for detail, and proactively ensure our soft furnishings of lamps, sofas, cushions are well presented.
  • report into the Spa Manager on the day to day, to agree on public areas which need love and attention.
  • ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Health and Safety are followed.
