A higher education institution in South Yorkshire is seeking a Planning and Business Improvement Analyst to develop a digital Service Hub that enhances service access for staff and students. This role combines digital expertise with a customer service approach and involves designing workflows, running discovery sessions, and creating reporting tools. The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £39,962 and £46,663, alongside various benefits including a generous pension scheme and annual leave. This is a fixed term temporary role until 31st July 2026.
This is a specialist role within the Planning, Research & Systems Improvement Team with a core focus on developing and leading the College’s new Service Hub — a digital platform providing a single point of access for professional services requests, workflows and support.
The post holder will design and deliver practical, user-friendly systems and processes that improve how services are accessed and managed across the College. By combining digital expertise, process analysis, and a customer service mindset, the role will make it easier for staff to get the help they need, when they need it — while generating insights that drive operational improvement and enhance the student and staff experience.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £39,962- £46,663 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
