A leading therapeutic children’s care provider is seeking a dedicated support professional for young people aged 8-17. This role involves assisting the Registered Manager with home management, leading care planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a Level 3 or 4 qualification in the Children’s Workforce and at least 2 years of senior experience in a residential setting. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of home management, taking the lead on shift to delegate tasks and ensure that all records and care plans meet high standards. You'll lead care planning, reviews, and ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations. As a mentor and guide, you’ll promote effective teamwork while managing staff inductions, supervisions, and appraisals. You will champion our young people by supporting their choices, encouraging independence, and responding to challenges with compassion and confidence. Additionally, you’ll liaise with professionals and agencies to provide holistic support, manage on‑call duties, and consistently uphold company policies.
