As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the dining area. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping the dining area and toilets clean and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all times and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment and we are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour should come naturally. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact, are a must. You must be able to sustain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively.
