Specialising in the technical delivery of residential architecture, the practice is expanding rapidly due to increased demand from volume housebuilders. With new commercial projects on the horizon, this role promises a varied and rewarding workload.

This permanent position is ideal for an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, particularly in the residential sector. You'll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawing packages, coordinating with consultants, and engaging directly with clients. The role requires autonomy, precision, and a proactive mindset.

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Strong background in residential architecture, ideally with housebuilder clients
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to produce detailed working drawings independently
• Confident in client liaison and consultant coordination
• Positive, flexible approach to teamwork and independent work

• Competitive salary of 32,000- 42,000, depending on experience
