Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client briefs and regulations.
• Lead preparation of construction packages and oversee coordination of technical information.
• Monitor project progress and quality through site inspections.
