Architectural Technologist job in Greater Manchester. You would be joining a growing practice based just 20 minutes from the city centre of Manchester. They are looking for skilled architectural technologists to work on large-scale residential projects, including social housing and high-rise buildings.

The practice currently has a headcount of just over 20, with offices in Liverpool and Manchester. Their portfolio includes large-scale residential, social housing, later living, education, office, and bespoke homes.

• Produce detailed technical construction information on projects.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using Revit.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, clients, and shareholders.
• Report to Directors and the Senior team.
• Utilize your knowledge of UK building regulations, legislation, and codes of practice.
• Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion and delivery.

• 5+ years of practice experience.
• Relevant Architectural Technology qualification, HND/HNC considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit proficiency is desirable but training can be provided.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Effective communication with team, clients, and stakeholders.

• Flexible core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm.
• Two days working from home per week.
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
