Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or within a design-led architectural practice.
• Strong experience producing detailed drawings and technical packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Previous experience within the Residential sector is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality drawings and detailed technical information.
• Prepare planning, detailed design, and construction drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support the delivery of projects from design through to construction completion.
• Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations.
