Overview

Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £28,000 - £35,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm with 1 Hybrid working day.

Duties
  • Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
  • Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project
  • Assist with preparation and design proposals specifically using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software
  • Working knowledge of building regulations and planning legislation
  • Working on housing / residential projects of varying scales
