Job summary

A progressive architecture practice in Essex is seeking a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will be passionate about architecture, eager to progress towards qualification, and committed to delivering high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, producing design information, and managing project tasks. A Masters in Architecture and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp are essential. The role offers structured training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Masters in Architecture (Part 2 Qualified).
  • Experience within residential projects and exposure to RIBA Stages 0 to 4.
  • Good working knowledge of Planning Policy and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering project briefs.
  • Produce 2D and 3D design information.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for project delivery.
  • Assist with technical drawing packages for Building Regulations.
  • Support networking and industry events.
  • Manage multiple tasks with growing independence.
