Job summary
A leading venture capital firm is seeking an Events & Community Lead responsible for scaling their events and community platform. The role involves designing and executing high-quality events while nurturing relationships into trusted online communities. Ideal candidates will have experience in community building, event curation, and a curiosity for technical topics. This position offers ownership and the opportunity to shape the firm's community strategy within a dynamic environment.

- Own and evolve Earlybird’s events and community platform.
- Design and execute high-quality events for founders and technical leaders.
- Collaborate with investment team to facilitate relevant discussions.
