We are seeking a Business Architect – Process Engineer to drive transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and create operational capacity. You will work cross-functionally to assess, design, and implement strategic process changes using data-driven insights and industry best practices.

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and insight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify, assess, and optimise core processes.
• Design and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate performance insights and process improvement opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for the organisation.
• Contribute to change and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy and goals.

• Proven experience in process improvement/mining, business transformation, or change management roles.
• Strong understanding of process diagnostic frameworks and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, particularly in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to drive actionable outcomes.
