The Air Team is looking for an experienced Air Tender Analyst to support the accurate and timely completion of UK and global Air RFQ submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update pricing files for local freight management RFQs, tenders and bids, ensuring competitiveness to support our win-rate targets.
• Coordinate and submit RFQs (local and global) on time, escalating any challenges to the manager or product leader when necessary.
• Analyse and maintain rates to ensure healthy net revenue and identify best practices across our operations.
• Provide strategic solutions for key air freight movements, both direct and indirect, from the UK.
• Maintain global rate records in CEVA systems, following best business practices.
• Partner with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new business.
• Keep accurate records of air tender wins and losses, considering outcomes and lessons learnt.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and commercially driven professional with significant experience in freight management. You will have a deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and a strong track record of leading the development and execution of market-focused business strategies across multiple geographies.
