They build ready-to-use ServiceNow solutions that accelerate adoption and deliver real value to customers. We’re recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst to join their growing team. This is a fantastic junior level opportunity for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who wants to build a career in ServiceNow consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to capture business needs, document requirements, and translate them into user stories.
• Workshops & Engagement: Support senior team members in running workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Process Mapping: Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement with ServiceNow solutions.
• Delivery Support: Collaborate with consultants and architects to ensure requirements are delivered as expected.
• Learning & Growth: Develop your knowledge of ServiceNow and gain hands-on experience in solution delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, ideally as a Business Analyst (1-3 years)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to break down problems and identify solutions.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Passion for technology and digital transformation.
• Exposure to the MSP sector would be ideal
