Your Mission As a Business Intelligence Application Analyst

Youll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BI solutions. Youll work across SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more ensuring our reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Application Analysis & Development

• Design and implement high-availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere data models and reports
• Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations)
• Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems
• Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels

Project Management

• Lead full lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreams
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Business Consulting Translate business needs into technical solutions Deliver user training and ongoing support Collaborate with internal IT and BPM teams Provide expert guidance to users and stakeholders

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience with SAP frontend tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks
• Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies
• Proven relationship and service level management skills
