A well-established recruitment agency is looking for an experienced HGV Technician/Plant Mechanic to join a supportive workshop in Oxford. Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair HGVs and plant machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Prepare vehicles for MOT/LOLER inspections.
- Ensure high standards of safety and efficiency.

Hours: Days Monday - Friday with every other Saturday morning

- Service, maintain, and repair HGVs and plant machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Prepare vehicles and equipment for MOT/LOLER inspections
- Ensure high standards of safety and efficiency in the workshop
- Previous experience as a HGV Technician / Plant Mechanic / HGV Fitter
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Plant, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- £38,000 - £48,000 salary (dependent on experience)
- Weekly pay (every Thursday)
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays
