Job role: Asbestos Surveyor
Package: GBP240-GBP250 a day, millage covered
Location: West London area

The Opportunity:

Our client are a northern based company who have recently won a contract in the West London area. As they're wanting to hire someone in the area, the successful candidate will ultimately get a lions-share of this long term contract and not have to worry about work for the foreseeable.

The job:

* Conducting asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
* Identifying and sampling suspect asbestos materials.
* Documenting ACM location, extent, and condition.
* Producing clear and accurate survey reports.
* Following health and safety procedures (PPE).
* Communicating with clients and residents.
* Maintaining survey equipment.
* Keeping up with asbestos regulations.

To be considered for this role, you need:

* At least 12 months of relevant experience
* P402 or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive and organised approach to work.
