Vendor Manager (18-month FTC)

Location: Harrogate (Two days a week)

Elevation Recruitment Group’s Procurement division are working in partnership with a leading UK managed service provider, to recruit a Vendor Manager on a fixed-term contract basis. This newly created role will play a critical part in managing the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), overseeing supplier relationships, and supporting procurement-led cost and performance initiatives during a key period of change. Reporting into the Procurement Director, the Vendor Manager will operate across Procurement, Delivery, Finance and Technology, acting as the central point of coordination for TSA governance and delivery.

Key duties of the TSA Project Manager will include:
  • Acting as TSA Manager, owning end-to-end governance and delivery of the TSA
  • Managing the relationship with Data Centres as a critical supplier
  • Monitoring supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs and implementing remedies where required
  • Coordinating stakeholders to ensure TSA commitments are delivered
  • Managing risks, issues, reporting and change control throughout the transition
  • Supporting contract management including amendments, extensions and exit planning
